License

Unless otherwise stated, Interview Igniter and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Interview Igniter. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Use of AI Coach

The AI Coach provided by Interview Igniter for mock interviews is intended to assist users in preparing for job interviews. However, Interview Igniter does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using the AI Coach. Users are responsible for their own interview performance and should use their own judgment in applying the advice and guidance provided by the AI Coach.

Users agree to use the AI Coach at their own risk. Interview Igniter is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the advice or guidance provided by the AI Coach.

All content generated by the AI Coach is the intellectual property of Interview Igniter. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content without the express permission of Interview Igniter.

Users agree not to use the AI Coach for any illegal activities, to harass others, or to violate any rules or regulations. Interview Igniter reserves the right to terminate the access of any user who violates these terms.

The AI Coach may collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the AI Coach, users agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising from the use of the AI Coach will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Dispute Resolution section of these terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Interview Igniter are available only to users who pay a fee. These features include access to the AI Coach and other premium content. These paid services are available on a subscription basis. When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees for that subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

All payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you have any questions about your subscription or our billing process, please contact us at support@interviewigniter.com.

Feedback

Customer hereby grants Interview Igniter a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any Feedback (as defined below) Customer communicates to Interview Igniter during the Term, without compensation, without any obligation to report on such use, and without any other restriction. Interview Igniter’s rights granted in the previous sentence include, without limitation, the right to exploit Feedback in any and every way, as well as the right to grant sublicenses. Feedback will not be considered Customer’s Confidential Information. (“Feedback” refers to any suggestion or idea for modifying any of Interview Igniter’s products or services, including without limitation all intellectual property rights in any such suggestion or idea.)

If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other California laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on these rights and how to exercise them.

You agree that any disputes directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
