Interview Igniter was built by someone who's been on both sides of the interview table — hundreds of times.
Vidal Graupera
Founder
Vidal is the founder of Interview Igniter. He spent 15+ years as an engineering leader at LinkedIn, Uber, Autodesk, and WalmartLabs before building tools to help people land the jobs they want. He holds engineering degrees from Carnegie Mellon and USC, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and served in the US Navy Reserve as an Engineering Duty Officer. He's also the author of The Software Engineering Manager Interview Guide and several other books on interviewing and management.
